Meal Planning to be taken in the course of a week has never been so easy with Skylight Sidekick. Sidekick enables you to arrange your breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks and automatically appoint them to your calendar. You will have the ability to decide which days you would like assistance with and Sidekick can choose the meals you would like in your current Recipe Box or he/she can create completely new recipes based on your requirements. Designing a Meal Plan using Sidekick
In order to make your meal plan, you can open the Skylight Mobile App and choose your calendar. Press the Sidekick tile and then select the Plan Meals. Then choose the kind of meal you intend to prepare and choose between Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack and start to customize it to your family needs.
Adding Notes
The initial part of the planning process of a meal is to make notes on the Notes textbox. Your notes give Sidekick instructions on how to pick or create recipes that suit your needs. You can include:

- New and existing recipes: Save your Recipe Box and generated recipes and identify the best one.
This will make you have a blend of your old favorites and new and exciting food in your meal plan.

Adding Ingredients to the Grocery List
Sidekick makes it easy to shop, as it is able to add all ingredients of a chosen recipe to your Grocery List automatically. All you need to do is to choose Add Ingredients to Grocery List and everything is on your list. This helps save on time and you can never forget an ingredient in making meals.
